Published packages describe starting scopes. The final proposal confirms deliverables, responsibilities, timescales, exclusions, applicable taxes and commercial terms. Third-party software, hosting, payment-provider costs and additional integrations may be separate.

Project schedules depend on agreed scope, access, content and approvals. Search rankings, traffic and commercial outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance services operate within an agreed allowance, rather than unlimited development.

Intellectual property and third parties

Ownership, licensing, third-party materials, handover and permitted use must be set out in the approved project agreement. Do not assume an external service is included unless it is listed in the scope.

Terms requiring approval

The verified legal entity, governing law, liability provisions, dispute process, cancellation rights, payment terms and applicable customer protections must be completed by an appropriate legal reviewer before public launch.
